Plants are currently being pruned so as to maximize yields and quality throughout the life of the planting. It promotes both plant survival and growth. Proper pruning practices also maintain plants within desired size limits. On the other hand, underbrush overgrowth is thoroughly being controlled as it was lately left unattended due to the harvesting activities.
Throughout January the substitution of plastic mulch into organic will take place in two establishments. These tasks are essential and we will be performing them all summer. There is no doubt they will improve the efficiency of our establishments in the near future.
