In august UAG successfully completed a second private placement among institutional investors. This new financing puts us in an even better competitive situation with a strong balance sheet and a strong pipeline of acquisitions.

The road show of this second placement was attended by UAG’s top management team: Juan Sartori, Oscar Costa, Edgardo Cardozo and Oscar Leon. We had a total of 82 meetings with investors, taking our management across the United States, Canada and Europe. It was an intense but extremely fruitful trip as we believe in keeping very close ties with our investors. Introducing the whole team and being able to personally explain our strategy in one on one meetings was an excellent way to transmit the current strategy of the company and how we are reacting in order to profit from the current environment.
We would like to thank everybody for their time, efforts and support. We believe investors have recognized the quality of the opportunity and valued our track record building UAG into a worldwide agriculture leader. Successfully raising additional capital in the current challenging environment is a vote of confidence to our continued efforts.
